He have an outstanding and strong skills on running the business day-to-day by producing sound plans, spotting problems and opportunities early and responding aggressively to them. Mr. Amen’s excellent communication, interpersonal and successful leadership skill, with an excellent organizational and time management skills are setting the company to greater success.

Mr. Yitebeb Solomon is shareholder and chief of operations at AYS trading PLC. Mr. Yitebeb has a 13 year experience as COO. He is responsibilities at AYS includes set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, participate in expansion activities (investment, acquisitions, corporate alliances) and manage relationships with partners/vendors.
